• Thrives in high-growth tech/fintech; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with complex modeling.
• Strong communication to explain comp concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen to map department needs.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
