📋 Description

  • Lead design and governance of base pay, incentives, equity, and LTIs.
  • Refine pay philosophy to align with priorities, market, and internal equity.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking for tech pay trends.
  • Stay current on best practices and regulatory changes; assess risk and compliance.
  • Oversee equity plan administration, vesting schedules, and settlements.
  • Lead annual merit, bonus, and equity planning cycles; ensure smooth workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in compensation with 3–5 years in leadership.
  • Proven success designing and scaling comp programs in tech.
  • Deep expertise in comp design, benchmarking, incentives, and market analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of equity plan administration and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting executive compensation and Compensation Committee.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into strategy.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation systems; optimize tools and workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CCP certification preferred.
