Senior Manager, Community Programs & Operations

📋 Description

• Lead a team of community professionals and contractors.
• Own strategy and execution of flagship community programs.
• Define scalable workflows, partnerships, and tooling.
• Improve hacker retention, satisfaction, and progression.
• Build data-driven, measurable program outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Ops to align goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in community, program, lifecycle, marketplace, or ops leadership.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams including coaching and vendor oversight.
• Experience building/scaling programs using data, automation, CRM workflows.
• Experience defining metrics to improve outcomes and engagement.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Marketing, Operations, GTM.
• Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or technical communities.
• Competency with emerging AI tools to support experimentation and automation.
