📋 Description

• Lead internal communications for Israel aligned to global priorities and local leadership culture.
• Own employee communications across key moments: organizational change, leadership updates, strategy rollouts, and major announcements.
• Lead external communications and media relations in Israel; partner with global external communications team; manage local PR agency.
• Prepare Israel-based executives for media interactions with messaging and briefing materials.
• Translate global strategies and executive messaging into Israel-specific communications; bridge global and local teams.
• Create high-quality content across internal and external channels (leadership communications, FAQs, intranet stories, press materials).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in internal/external communications.
• Strategic storyteller; tailor tone for all-hands and Tier-1 media.
• Trusted advisor to Israel-based executives; comfortable with senior VPs.
• Experience in global matrixed environments; fast-paced, global company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven media relations; manage PR agencies with measurable results.
