🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 7+ years in commissions, sales ops, or finance.
- 2+ years as a people manager or team lead.
- Experience interpreting and communicating sales performance with data insights.
- Advanced Excel; data modelling, forecasting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ICM tools: Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, and Salesforce.
