📋 Description

  • Design incentive compensation plans with Sales leadership for our global team.
  • Act as commissions SME, diagnosing issues and ensuring accurate calculations with ops teams.
  • Cross-functionally analyze and forecast commissions payout and impact on bookings.
  • Ensure reconciliations and controls to validate data integrity and reduce risk.
  • Lead process improvements to scale commissions systems and controls.
  • Report quarterly results and incentive effectiveness to executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 7+ years in commissions, sales ops, or finance.
  • 2+ years as a people manager or team lead.
  • Experience interpreting and communicating sales performance with data insights.
  • Advanced Excel; data modelling, forecasting and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of ICM tools: Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, and Salesforce.
