  • Design incentive compensation plans with Sales leadership for global sales.
  • Act as SME on commissions; diagnose issues; coordinate with systems/ops for accuracy.
  • Analyze and forecast commissions payout and financial impact with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure reconciliations, controls, and audit processes to validate data and reduce risk.
  • Lead process improvements to scale commissions system and audit controls.
  • Report quarterly on financial results and sales incentive effectiveness to executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7+ years in commissions, sales ops, finance, or analytical roles.
  • 2+ years as people manager or team lead.
  • Data-based insights to interpret and communicate sales performance.
  • Advanced Excel; data modelling, forecasting, analysis.
  • Proven understanding of ICM tools: Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, Salesforce.
