📋 Description

  • Design and structure incentive compensation plans for global sales.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on commissions; ensure accurate calculations and processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Strategy, IT, Finance and Accounting to analyze and forecast payouts.
  • Ensure reconciliations, controls, and audit to validate data integrity and reduce risk.
  • Lead process improvements to scale commissions systems and controls.
  • Report quarterly financial results and sales incentive trends to executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7+ years in commissions, sales ops, finance or analytics.
  • 2+ years as a people manager or team lead.
  • Data-based insights on sales performance.
  • Advanced Excel; data modelling, forecasting and analysis.
  • Experience with Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan and Salesforce.
