  • Design incentive plans with Sales for global sales team.
  • Be SME on commissions; solve ops/analytical issues with systems/ops.
  • Cross-function with Sales Strategy, IT, Finance, Accounting to analyze payout and impact.
  • Ensure reconciliations, controls and audit to validate data integrity.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance commissions system and controls.
  • Report to executives on quarterly results and incentive effectiveness.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • 7+ years in commissions, sales/revenue ops, or analytical roles
  • 2+ years as a people manager or team lead
  • Experience interpreting and communicating sales performance with data insights
  • Advanced Excel; data modelling, forecasting, analysis
  • Experience with commission systems and ICMS tools (Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan) and Salesforce
