- Bachelorโs Degree
- 7+ years in commissions, sales/revenue ops, or analytical roles
- 2+ years as a people manager or team lead
- Experience interpreting and communicating sales performance with data insights
- Advanced Excel; data modelling, forecasting, analysis
- Experience with commission systems and ICMS tools (Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan) and Salesforce
