๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • 7+ years in commissions or analytics roles
  • 2+ years as a people manager
  • Advanced Excel with data modelling, forecasting and analysis
  • Expertise with ICM tools such as Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication; able to explain analytics to non-technical stakeholders
