- Designed/scaled collections: automation, dunning, high-volume recovery.
- Automation/AI to improve workflows and outcomes.
- Close-process knowledge: bad debt reviews, reserves, write-offs.
- Portfolio health management: invoices, forecasting, cash application.
- International collections across Mexico, Canada, UK/EU.
- Zuora Billing strongly preferred; ERP/billing experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
