🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in DevOps/SRE in SaaS; 3+ years leading teams.
- Deep AWS (EKS/EC2/S3/RDS/IAM) and Kubernetes; operate EKS.
- CI/CD pipelines; IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi.
- Change management and incident discipline; post-mortems.
- Observability: monitoring, alerting, logging; SLOs/SLIs; on-call.
- Security-minded; SOC 2/PCI/HIPAA; secrets management; remediation.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
