- 5+ years in clinical policy, utilization management, quality programs, and regs.
- 3+ years ACA multi-year experience incl. individual market and small group.
- 3+ years end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
- 3+ years cross-functional leadership in regulated environments.
- 3+ years data-driven decisions; translate insights into design.
