📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of clinical/disease-specific insurance products.
• Build and manage business cases with financial modeling and projections.
• Analyze product performance using financial and membership metrics.
• Lead benefit design for disease-specific plans and introduce new structures.
• Design/manage portfolios for defined clinical populations.
• Ensure regulatory alignment, filings, and cross-functional execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in commercial insurance product development including clinical programs.
• 5+ years in clinical policy, utilization management, quality programs, ACA.
• 3+ years ACA experience with individual market and small group products.
• 3+ years ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• 3+ years cross-functional leadership in regulated environments.
• 3+ years data-driven decisions translating insights into design.
• Travel up to 25%.
