Senior Manager, Clinical Biomarker Operations

📋 Description

• Plan and manage logistics for biomarker sample collection across trials.
• Oversee shipments, vendor testing, reconciliation, and data timelines.
• Maintain inventories and storage for biomarker samples.
• Collaborate with Biomarker Scientists, Data Mgmt, Clinical Ops, Legal, Finance, QA.
• Support review and finalization of MSAs and legal contracts for biomarker work.
• Support QA in vendor audits and inspections; track biomarker budgets and accruals.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or higher with >3 years or BS with >5 years in biomarker operations.
• Biomarker sample management, including logistics, reconciliation, and inventory.
• CRO oversight experience: contracts, SOW reviews, accrual tracking.
• Experience in all phases of clinical trials; Phase 3 is a plus.
• Knowledge of biomarker assays (flow cytometry, genomics, protein assays).
• Strong collaboration and communication; high emotional intelligence.
