  • Experience with enterprise-scale app ecosystems needing high availability.
  • Exposure to SRE concepts and DevOps collaboration.
  • Vendor/partner management; budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; ITIL/cloud/DevOps certs preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
