🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in strategy, vendor management, or claims ops in tech-forward env
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing complex partner relationships
- Advanced data analysis skills, incl SQL or BI tools for decisions
- Led cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to measurable outcomes
- Executive-level communication to influence a partner CEO and product lead
- Insurtech or startup experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- College Degree
