🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
5+ years property claims leadership experience
Experience guiding FNOL, Subrogation and Salvage
Track record of building high performing teams
Strong change management and process improvement
Excellent communication with executive leadership
