  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 6+ years in people management.

  • Deep experience in Business Recruiting (GTM and G&A), high-volume and high-touch.
  • \n
  • Data-driven business partner; grounded in market insight and context.
  • \n
  • Operationally excellent leader who moves teams from reactive to proactive.
  • \n
  • Comfortable with C-suite/Senior leaders; influence decisions with clarity.
  • \n
  • Executive presence with clear, tailored communication.
  • \n
