Senior Manager, Business Operations

📋 Description

• Own and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end.
• Advise product and GTM leadership on strategy and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of Business Operations analysts and associates.
• Define analytical frameworks and processes that enable the business to scale.
• Partner with executive management to develop board-level narratives grounded in analysis.
• Lead market sizing analyses and unit economics for new products.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in business strategy/ops; 3+ yrs in consulting; SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders using data.
• Strong executive communication to distill analyses for C-suite.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python, R, or BI tools is a plus.
