🎯 Requirements
- Significant experience in brand strategy/planning (agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to turn strategy into joined-up, multi-channel plans
- Strong experience writing briefs that lead to high-quality creative work
- Comfortable with qualitative insight and quantitative data
- Excellent communicator—clear, structured, and persuasive
- Experienced in working cross-functional and influencing senior stakeholders
- Nice to have design-led or product-led background
