  • Partner with Consulting leadership to set services strategy and operating model.
  • Drive cadences across bookings, delivery, utilization, and revenue.
  • Develop, analyze, and report KPIs related to pipeline, bookings, revenue, utilization, staffing, and project performance.
  • Design and scale operational processes across project delivery, subcontracting, and capacity planning.
  • Build and scale Partner Services with clear tiers, enablement plans, SLAs, and scorecards; implement separate partner P&L reporting.
  • Run revenue forecasting and delivery performance management, driving weekly utilization and capacity governance targeting 70-80% billable.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Professional Services Ops, Business Ops, or Strategy; 5+ in leadership
  • Strategic thinking and operational acumen; design scalable processes
  • Forecasting, planning, analytics in high-growth tech or SaaS
  • Deep understanding of consulting or services financials incl ASC-606 and margins
  • Data analysis and modeling; advanced Excel and presentations
  • Familiarity with PSA solutions (Kantata/OpenAir), Salesforce, and PM tools
