  • Partner with Consulting leadership to set services strategy and operating model.
  • Drive operational cadences across bookings, delivery, utilization, and revenue.
  • Develop and report KPIs for pipeline, bookings, revenue, and capacity.
  • Design and scale processes for delivery, subcontracting, and capacity planning.
  • Build and scale Partner Services with SLAs, scorecards, and P&L tracking.
  • Lead revenue forecasting and delivery performance management; target 70–80% billable.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Professional Services Ops, Business Ops, or Strategy; 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strategic thinking with scalable processes and measurable impact.
  • Forecasting, planning, and analytics experience in high-growth SaaS.
  • Understanding of consulting/service financials including utilization, margin, and ASC-606.
  • Data analysis and modeling; advanced Excel; PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Familiar with PSA solutions (Kantata/OpenAir), Salesforce, and PM tools.
