- 8+ years in Professional Services Ops, Business Ops, or Strategy; 5+ years in leadership.
- Strategic thinking with scalable processes and measurable impact.
- Forecasting, planning, and analytics experience in high-growth SaaS.
- Understanding of consulting/service financials including utilization, margin, and ASC-606.
- Data analysis and modeling; advanced Excel; PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Familiar with PSA solutions (Kantata/OpenAir), Salesforce, and PM tools.
