- Partner with Consulting leadership to set services strategy and operating model aligned to priorities
- Drive cadences across bookings, delivery, utilization, and revenue toward targets
- Develop, analyze, and report KPIs on pipeline, bookings, revenue, utilization, staffing, and project performance
- Design scalable operational processes across delivery, subcontracting, and capacity planning
- Lead end-to-end PSA transformation (Kantata) with data model and SFDC/ERP integrations
- Implement AI-accelerated operations using Box AI to reduce manual work
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Professional Services Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy; 5+ in leadership
- Strong strategic thinking and operational acumen to design scalable processes
- Forecasting, planning, and analytics experience in high-growth tech or SaaS
- Understanding of consulting financials incl utilization, margin, ASC‑606, profitability
- Data analysis and modeling with advanced Excel and strong presentation skills (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
- Familiarity with PSA solutions (Kantata, Certinia, OpenAir), Salesforce, and PM tools
