📋 Description

  • Lead and grow Scale Post-Sales AISE team.
  • Own scaled post-sales strategy and programs (1-to-many).

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in customer-facing technical roles, 2+ years in people leadership.
  • Experience building scaled post-sales motions with measurable impact.
  • Strong ML/AI foundation; guide technical direction and solution designs.
  • Excellent communication; influence across functions; clear writing.
  • Highly operational: goals, dashboards, cadence, continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field.
