Senior Manager, Adversary Management

📋 Description

• Lead threat intelligence engineers and disrupt threat actors against Coinbase.
• Define long-term and day-to-day strategies for Threat Intelligence and Threat Research teams.
• Engage with Security Operations, Information Security, and leaders to identify intel needs.
• Define and implement collection and processing strategies for intel data.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with timely threat briefings and reports.
• Lead external intel sharing engagements (FS-ISAC, Crypto ISAC, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and operating Threat Intelligence tech and services.
• Mentor technical threat intel analysts and grow their skills.
• Up-to-date on threat actors, TTPs, and motivations in FinTech/Crypto.
• Master using AI agents to perform threat analysis and trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, IT, and security teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for leadership briefs.
