- Develop and maintain content and product policies for Discord's revenue products.
- Advise revenue product leaders on safety risk, policy implications, and compliance.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable policy frameworks and guidance.
- Collaborate with Legal, Trust & Safety, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Revenue, Sales, and Partnerships.
- Create external-facing policy docs and user-facing communications.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in trust and safety, content policy, product policy, or advertising policy roles.
- 2+ years managing policy professionals.
- Deep knowledge of advertising policies and IAB standards.
- Experience advising product teams on policy implications and risk assessments.
- Clear, enforceable policies balancing user protection, business needs, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of platform integrity issues, including fraud, scams, and harmful content in commercial contexts.
