π― Requirements
- 7β10+ years in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Ops, Billing, or Shared Services.
- 3β5+ years managing multi-function operational teams.
- Deep understanding of cash application, invoicing, and billing in SaaS/hardware/subscription.
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI ownership and reporting.
- Experience with NetSuite and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Proven ability to lead change and implement scalable systems.
