  • Lead and grow a high-performing team serving Canada's largest merchants.
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the team and portfolio; optimize coverage, playbooks, metrics.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product to deepen merchant engagement and adoption of Affirm solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years B2B client-facing experience (SaaS/fintech/e-commerce) and 5+ years managing managers.
  • Proven ability to lead executive-level client relationships and negotiate large contracts.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; craft proposals and executive presentations.
  • Knowledge of consumer finance, SaaS, and e-commerce; proficient with Salesforce and BI tools.
