Senior Manager, Accounting (Remote - US)

📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accuracy.
• Oversee US GAAP revenue recognition; review entries and reconciliations.
• Produce balance sheets, P&L, and management reports.
• Maintain general ledger integrity; enforce coding structures and reviews.
• Decide accounting treatment and estimates; escalate complex issues.
• Ensure expenditures comply with donor requirements and internal policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in accounting/finance with data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; ability to research and apply guidance.
• Experience with multi-country accounting, intercompany transactions, consolidations.
• Experience in audits and managing external auditors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; remote collaboration.
