Lead external financial reporting and SEC filings.
Research and interpret US GAAP for complex transactions.
Draft memos to support policy conclusions.
Serve as primary technical resource for complex transactions (M&A, debt/equity offerings).
Advise business units on accounting impacts of new policies.
Drive scalable accounting and reporting processes.

🎯 Requirements

8-10 years in accounting; Big 4 and SEC at a public company.
Active CPA, CA, or equivalent.
US GAAP and SEC reporting expertise (10-K/10-Q).
Technical accounting in loan accounting and securitization.
Policy development and governance experience.
Experience with Workiva or similar systems.
Strong analytical, written and verbal skills; project mgmt.
Self-starter with initiative and continuous improvement mindset.
