Senior Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Support accounting and SEC reporting under US GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual internal statements and SEC filings.
• Analyze peer filings and industry reports for disclosure trends.
• Assist quarterly earnings materials and related documents.
• Support revenue recognition and DSO analysis (by product/payor).
• Collaborate on SOX 404 processes and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
• 6+ years of accounting in fast-paced biotech.
• Public accounting experience a plus.
• Xifin RCM experience required.
• Strong SAP knowledge.
• US GAAP, SOX 404, and SEC reporting expertise.
