🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience
- 4+ years managing direct reports in accounting/finance
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Business or related field; CPA preferred
- Experience with acquisition integrations, purchase accounting, or consolidations (ASC 805)
- ERP system proficiency; NetSuite a plus
- Clear, direct communication skills with leadership and cross-functional teams
