Senior Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the U.S. GL accounting team (2 accountants + payroll)
• Oversee GL monthly close for selected accounts; optimize Floqast
• Publish the monthly closing calendar
• Own US and international payroll process; ensure timely pay cycles
• Partner with VP of Accounting on worldwide treasury and cash management
• Own sales commissions accrual and month-end reconciliation with FP&A/HR

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 8+ years accounting experience; 2+ years in management
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• ERP experience: NetSuite (preferred) or Intacct; Floqast desirable
• Strong communication with domestic and international colleagues; leadership
