Senior Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Own monthly and quarterly close across multiple entities per US GAAP.
• Manage and maintain FloQast close checklist with tasks and sign-off.
• Review journal entries (recurring, accruals, reclasses) with NetSuite documentation.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis across key accounts.
• Lead software and development cost capitalization (internal-use software).
• Lead ASC 842 lease accounting, including lease schedules and right-of-use assets/liabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in accounting; 2+ years in a manager role; public/industry mix preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Extensive cross-team project management.
• SaaS/tech experience; NetSuite ERP and FloQast close.
• Familiar with Coupa, Navan, AuditBoard, Jira; SEC/SOX knowledge.
