Senior Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial close and GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual report prep and review.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and docs.
• Enhance accounting operations and internal controls.
• Implement new accounting standards and document policies.
• Prepare and review audit schedules; coordinate with auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA/CA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in public/private accounting (Big4/SEC or pre-IPO).
• Hands-on A/P, A/R, Payroll, Cash Management, Fixed Assets.
• Direct involvement in financial close and management reporting cycles.
• Experience with external audits and PBCs.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll and Xero, ADP, and Workday preferred.
