Senior Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close per US GAAP.
• Prepare financial statements, GL reconciliations, and analyses.
• Explain accounting variances clearly to management and FP&A.
• Coordinate year-end and quarterly audits, including SOX.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big Four.
• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting; CPA required.
• Strong US GAAP, SOX 404, and SEC reporting knowledge.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Ability to own and drive complex accounting areas independently.
• Experience managing audits with external auditors and senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel; NetSuite, FloQast, and Workiva a plus.
