Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closes for international entities under US GAAP and local GAAP.
Oversee payroll and tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) for Israel/UK/Germany/Portugal.
Coordinate with US finance leadership on intercompany transactions and reporting.
Lead and mentor finance professionals; drive career development, automation, KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in finance/accounting; at least 2 years in management.
Active CPA and Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
NetSuite ERP experience and advanced Excel.
Direct experience in a high-tech, multinational SaaS company.
MBA from an accredited institution (Preferred).
Experience with Zip, FloQast, or Numeric (Preferred).
Proven track record managing international subsidiaries and audits (Preferred).
Strong ability to communicate with US exec leadership and global stakeholders (Preferred).
