Review related parties and partner transactions; perform reconciliations.
Variance analyses for OPEX, R&D, projects; investigate discrepancies.
Ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance across functions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline.
Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
6-8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience with monthly close, reconciliations, accruals.
US GAAP and SOX knowledge; maintain confidentiality.
ERP experience; NetSuite, Blackline, Coupa, Concur preferred.
