Senior Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead month-end close for US and international entities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and flux analyses.
• Support ASC 606 revenue accounting with leadership on complex arrangements.
• Ensure payroll accounting accuracy across US and international entities.
• Drive AP/AR accuracy and efficiency with internal controls.
• Manage US sales and indirect tax compliance with Avalara.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of progressive accounting in tech/SaaS/pre-IPO.
• Big 4 or large public accounting experience.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong US GAAP foundation with hands-on practice.
• Experience in fast-scaling environments with ambiguity.
• NetSuite strong preferred; close automation/payroll/billing exp helpful.
• Ability to improve and automate accounting processes for scalability.
• High standards for accuracy and documentation with business perspective.
