📋 Description

  • Lead a team of 8-10 full-cycle AEs through rapid growth and ramp cohorts.
  • Set weekly plan for the team and focus on high-impact work.
  • Provide daily coaching and build a culture of high standards and accountability.
  • Run strong 1:1s, call coaching, and deal reviews for behavior change in discovery, messaging, objections, and next steps.
  • Set clear standards for what good looks like across discovery, qualification, deal strategy, and follow-through.
  • Strengthen pipeline creation and coach AE self-prospecting while aligning with SDRs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
  • 3+ years of people management leading quota-carrying AEs.
  • Demonstrated success developing talent through hands-on coaching (call coaching, deal reviews, 1:1s).
  • Strong operational discipline and comfort using data and reporting to guide coaching.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar).
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
