- Lead a team of 8-10 full-cycle AEs through rapid growth and ramp cohorts.
- Set weekly plan for the team and focus on high-impact work.

🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
- 3+ years of people management leading quota-carrying AEs.
- Demonstrated success developing talent through hands-on coaching (call coaching, deal reviews, 1:1s).
- Strong operational discipline and comfort using data and reporting to guide coaching.
- Comfortable with Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar).
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
