🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Growth Sales, Account Management, or Customer Expansion with a track record.
  • 3+ years leading quota-carrying upsell/expansion teams.
  • Proven success scaling teams, ramping reps, and sustaining quota attainment.
  • Hands-on coaching: call reviews, account strategy sessions, 1:1s, clear standards.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
