📋 Description

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of ADRs; coach culture on ground.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, reviews, and training to hit quotas.
  • Implement and refine the EMEA GTM strategy across the funnel.
  • Deploy outbound playbook: ICPs, messaging, outreach sequences.
  • Oversee US lead routing and SLAs; maintain conversion benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years leading Account Development / SDR / Sales.

  • Process oriented: CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot); data-driven.
  • Strong cross-functional communication with regional leads.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • English fluency; Spanish or French a plus.
