- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of z/OS installation and SMP/E
- Beginning knowledge of TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL
- Beginning knowledge of Unix System Services (USS)
- USS file system management and security basics
- Experience installing software in USS
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
