🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years in DB2 Systems Programming; IDAA; IBM tools a plus.
- SMP/e experience.
- Experience configuring DB2 in parallel Sysplex.
- Knowledge of DB2 security, DR, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication, self-motivated, able to work independently.
