- Provide 24x7x365 support across multiple time zones.
- Follow procedures for installing OEM software per Ensono standards.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years on zSeries mainframe with CICS TS and OEM product support.
- Thorough knowledge of CICS TS capabilities and tailoring.
- Thorough knowledge of IBM SMP/E.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of CICS TS concepts and performance.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
