Senior Machine Learning Scientist

📋 Description

• Research, design, train, deploy and monitor ML algorithms for batch or real-time use.
• Develop orchestrated pipelines for analytical and ML training tasks.
• Automate experiments, training, validation, and monitoring; collaborate with MLOps.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into ML tasks.
• Explore large datasets to identify patterns and ML opportunities.
• Define KPIs, design experiments, and quantify business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in machine learning or data science.
• End-to-end ML lifecycle in production environments.
• Experience building data pipelines with big data tools.
• Strong software engineering, data engineering, and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of statistics, ML methods; deep learning a plus.
• Proficient with PySpark, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost/LightGBM, Pandas, MLFlow, Airflow.
