📋 Description

• Train, evaluate, and iterate on ML models for customer feedback.
• Own custom fine-tuning pipelines; run end-to-end experiments.
• Build LLM-powered features: retrieval, reranking, insights.
• Design robust evaluation frameworks; automate checkpoint comparisons.
• Improve semantic search and retrieval beyond embeddings.
• Write production-grade code; collaborate on pipelines, serving, monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of transformer architectures.
• Strong PyTorch skills with custom training loops; LoRA.
• Large-scale real-world text data: classification, extraction, embeddings.
• Instruction fine-tuning and serving language models; vLLM/DeepSpeed.
• Grounding in classical ML and statistics; prefer simple methods.
• Practical experience building with GenAI and agentic patterns.
