Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Voice Experience

📋 Description

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML systems for real-time voice experiences.
• Improve voice AI quality via error analysis, data curation, and metrics design.
• Build evaluation frameworks for voice and agentic systems to measure accuracy, latency, and robustness.
• Diagnose and mitigate transcription errors, retrieval failures, and prompt brittleness in live conversations.
• Design low-latency ML workflows balancing model quality with system responsiveness and scalability.
• Partner with platform and backend engineers to productionize real-time inference and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Math/ML; Master/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years building, evaluating, and deploying production ML systems.
• Strong background in speech recognition, NLP, or conversational AI.
• Deep experience with model evaluation, benchmarking, and error analysis.
• Strong expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Transformer-based models, embeddings, retrieval systems, large-scale training.
