Own the inference layer: re-rankers, diversity constraints, low latency.
Partner with ads, infra, product, and design to align ranking with ROI.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years ML at scale with MS, or 2+ years with PhD; proven ranking/recs.
Experience with multi-objective optimization balancing relevance, revenue, margin, UX; online testing.
Strong Python coding and SQL/Pandas; ML with TensorFlow/PyTorch; XGBoost.
Excellent analytical and cross-functional communication.
