📋 Description

• Conduct exploratory data analyses and PoC ML models to assess impact.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, legal, and safety to design ML solutions.
• Analyze and prepare training data, including crowdsourcing data labeling.
• Train and iterate on ML models using novel techniques.
• Deploy ML models to production and write backend code as needed.
• Debug models when observability shows performance gaps and iterate.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in end-to-end ML teams; shipping to production and A/B testing.
• Proficient in Python; write clean, robust code; strong code reviews.
• Experience debugging complex systems systematically.
• Analyzes datasets to derive product and customer insights.
• Writes clear technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent.
